All orders are dispatched within 3 business days of purchase.

Standard Australian Post: 2 - 5 days within Melbourne. Up to 7 - 10 business days outside of Melbourne.

$10 flat rate or free with any purchase over $200.

Express Post: 1 - 3 days Australia wide.

$15 flat rate or free with any purchase over $300.

NEW ZEALAND

All orders are dispatched within 3 business days of purchase.

Express Post to New Zealand: $50 flat rate.

INTERNATIONAL

All orders are dispatched within 3 business days of purchase.

Express Post: $40 flat rate.

RETURNS:

We offer a refund on full priced goods within 7 days of your parcel being received. Exchanges are not available as each BRR knits item is a hand-made one-off piece.

Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed, and all tags must remain in place.
